Perhaps inspired by my stay at the Residential Oriental..

So Ive been pretty sick the past week, which unfortunately coincided with my birthday.

It turned out I actually had a really lovely weekend though. 

It forced me to have a break, which my body desperately needed, and to actually enjoy it.

Mostly I slept, but I also got taken to El Quisco.

We stayed in a residential type home, run by a gang of lovely old Chilean women and their tiny dogs.

Im still alternating between coffee and aspirin, but I'm back on track for work!

Hippie Grunge - Bandana

Ive been away the past few days in Mendoza.

I got back yesterday and since then Ive been working on a commission for Beauty Streams

Here's one of the designs for 'Hippie Grunge'

Though I need to make it look more weathered, here it is all new

Working solely on Illustrator is different, but I'm enjoying it

Decisions made

Starting a new project with Beauty Streams today for their 2015 Spring Summer forecast story guides.
Luckily I'm feeling pretty mew-ey so working sounds lush

Hello!
 Apologies for the lack of posts recently.
Ive been pretty preoccupied with moving to Chile, Christmas, New Years, Spanish etcetc

I'm going to try to get back on track from now on, New Year's resolutions and all that.

In the mean time, I drew a part of Valparaiso from the view from my balcony.
